How long can I keep the bin?
Temporary, project-related bins are based on one-week rentals. If you need it longer, we can arrange a schedule that works for you.

How much advance notice is required to book a bin?
Generally we require a few days notice to schedule drop-off. But if you need a bin sooner, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
How do I pay for my bin rental?
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and certified cheques. Businesses requiring permanent bins and carts need to set up an account.
Do I need to call for bin pick-up?
Yes, you need to call when the bin is ready for pick-up: 705-652-3505.
Do I have to be on site for the bin delivery?
No, not if we have specific instructions about where to place the bin. You’ll need to have pre-paid your deposit and it’s always best to leave some pylons or some kind of marking so we know exactly where you want the bin placed.
Will the bin mark my driveway?
Yes, it could mark your asphalt driveway. But you can put boards or plywood down for us to rest the bin on. Contact us and we’ll make a plan to protect your driveway.
Do I need a permit for the bin?
It depends. No, not if the bin is situated on your property. HOWEVER, if you need to place the bin on the street, this will need to be coordinated with the city or township you live in. And project demolition permits are required. Again, for those you’ll need to contact the city or township office.
